I think you have a truly great product.  Kristin loves Eloise and also loves children’s books, so I searched the internet to try to find someone that would combine the two.  I’m so glad I found your site because it’s exactly what I was looking for.  I was also concerned that the product would come back looking cheap with a spiral binding.  Your product was so professionally done like something we could purchase at a book store.  She will truly cherish it forever. I truly appreciate your business model, and your products and services.  It was a great touch to get personal e-mails from you too.  The whole experience was wonderful.-Chris
